            The QuantStudio® 3D Digital PCR Chip enables a simple and streamlined workflow. Unlike other methods that require multiple transfer steps and upfront sample digestion, the QuantStudio® 3D Digital PCR Chip is simply loaded and sealedready for PCR and analysis. With the ability to thermal cycle up to 24 chips at one time and taking less than 30 seconds to read each chip, the QuantStudio® 3D Digital PCR System enables a simple, streamlined workflow to perform digital PCR.

            Absolute quantification by digital PCR is made possible by thousands of individual reactions running in parallel. Manufactured from a silicon substrate and etched with 20,000 consistently sized nanoscale reaction wells, the QuantStudio® 3D Digital PCR Chip enables more controlled sample loading and less reaction dropout than droplet-based approaches, ensuring higher precision for absolute quantification.

        四、Applications

            Digital PCR extends the performance of existing TaqMan® Assays enabling applications the benefit from higher sensitivity, precision, or absolute quantification.
